Who we are

LeadsVector is the trading name of LEADS VECTOR LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 16714004). Registered office: 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. We run leadsvector.com and are responsible (the "controller") for the personal information described here. What we collect

• Project brief form: your name, email address and any details you choose to share (website, project description, budget and timing).
• Booking a call: calls are booked through Cal.com. Cal.com collects the name, email and notes you enter and creates the meeting link.
• Emails you send us: the content of your message and your email address.
• Basic server logs: our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability.
• Website analytics: if you accept cookies, Google Analytics records how the website is used, such as the pages viewed, the device and browser, an approximate location and where you came from. Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used, such as clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, as heatmaps and session replays. Without your consent it runs without cookies. Clarity hides the text you type in forms. Neither tells us your name or email address.
• Spam protection: when you send the brief form, our server keeps a scrambled form of your IP address with the time of sending, only to limit repeated submissions. Times older than one hour are discarded.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to you, discuss your project, prepare a proposal or quote, run the work you ask us to do, and keep the business records we need. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking.

Why we use it

We use your information to answer your request and take the steps you ask for before any agreement, to deliver work we have agreed with you, and for our legitimate interests in running, protecting and improving our business and this website. Where the law requires your consent, we will ask for it first.

Who we share it with

Only the services that help us run the website and talk to you: our hosting provider, our email provider, Cal.com for booking, and Google for website analytics (only if you accept analytics cookies), and Microsoft for website analytics (without cookies unless you accept them). When a project needs other platforms, we agree that with you first.

Where it is processed

Some of the services we use, such as Cal.com, Google and our email provider, may store or process information outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on the safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, that those providers offer.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and project records for as long as we need them to work with you and for normal business and legal records. Ask us and we will delete your information unless we must keep it.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR) you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it or stop using it. Email hello@leadsvector.com and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date below.
